Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring all credit assessment documents are submitted and reviewed
Rejecting loan applicants with poor assessment results
Keeping records of all clients in Malinzi database
Ensure all pledged collateral is delivered to Malinzi
Remain up to date with client communication
Supports Malinzi marketing efforts by sharing information on various social media platforms
Meets quarterly income targets by disbursing new loans
Follows up on outstanding loans to ensure recovery from all clients
Drafts demand letters to loan defaulters
Monitors market trends within the private credit market
Ensures that quarterly income targets are met
Report to Management on weekly sales, costs and profits generated;
Updates loan records as required.
a) Professional Qualification:
Grade 12 certificate
Postgraduate or professional qualification
b) Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
1 year’s experience in a similar position

Negotiation skills
Communication skills
Computer skills (Microsoft)
Record keeping skills
Understanding and experience in simple performance calculations and reporting
