Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement efficient fleet management strategies.
Monitor and track vehicle performance, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion.
Manage driver schedules and assignments to optimize fleet utilization.
Resolve transportation issues and address customer inquiries promptly.
Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
Minimum [Number] years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
Valid driver’s license.
